1 Timothy 3 - "Qualified to Lead"

In almost all, if not all of the patterns that God instructs as as Christians to follow, He will have an established structure to them. Children and parents in a family, husband and wife within a marriage, servants and masters, governmental authorities, work, etc. All of these have an established order that God commands us to operate in a certain capacity. The Church is no different! There must be an understanding of submission, accountability, commitment, authority, and structure with spiritual leadership and those who come under Biblical portrayals of that leading...or else it will not be operating in Gods design. Of course, there are always random exceptions to the rule, but we must not look for out clauses, but rather be subject to Gods blueprint for Church. So who are these qualified leaders? What should their lives look like and how should the flock relate to them? These questions and more we discuss as we go through 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
