This study is a little different than most of ours. In watching an online sermon, we divided it into two parts and discussed as a group. This first part, we discussed how too many in the Church will only really commit to the purposes of the Church when all things are working as they want them to. When it is convenient, doesnt require too much sacrifice, suits your needs and schedule, and your not too tired...then we will be the Church. But is this really the call of Christ to His Children? This mentality, the frame of mind that everything has to be just right for you before we will make Church a priority, is not from God, but from the world. We also discuss how Holy God is, and that He takes sin, and His Presence, very seriously...as should His Church!
