Francis Chan is quoted as saying, "Lukewarm people think about life on earth much more often than eternity in Heaven!". You see, its impossible to follow Jesus while we are always thinking about this life! So what does Jesus truly mean when He said, "Follow Me"? When you strip it all down to its essence, refine it down to its purest form, and just simply take Jesus for what He says, what does He truly mean when He says the words, "Follow Me"? If you have grown up in American Christianity, the odds are is that you don't really know the true answer to that question and have probably been raised to view following Jesus as a side dish to your main meal of life. But there is a problem with that, for if you don't know what it truly means to follow Jesus as He says, then you aren't actually following Jesus as He is....
