This week, as we dig into one of the final chapters of Malachi, we will begin to see the wrapping up of the Old Testament and some obvious foreshadows to the New Testament. Herein lies the prophecies of John the Baptist, who would fulfill Malachi's prophecy of "a voice of one crying out in the wilderness." We will see Jesus as the One who is prophesied to come into His Temple, all while having some quality discussion along the way. Along with a final exhortation and warning that the Christian life is not a game, we also address the reality that God demands the full "tithe" of our life (everything), and when we rob God of that which is due Him, we spit in the face of Christ Himself and tell Him He is not worth the sacrifice...
