The account of David and Bathsheba is a widely known story. However, did you know that is not even the whole title? The title, in its entirety, should be, "David and Bathsheba, the wife of Uriah". And truth be told, there is much more than just adultery that is was committed in this web of deception spun by David. In fact, the major sin that David committed, which God directly punished him for, was not adultery, nor his isolation, or even his cowardice in the face of war. I implore you to listen and find out just how important the Family of God is, and the severity and gravity of betraying the Brethren.
