A shepherd, loved by his father, recipient of a priestly garment, hated by his own people, sold into the hands of the Gentiles, faithful despite the hardship of his circumstances, falsely accused, and one day rose to become the deliverer of his people! Sound familiar? It should, because unbeknownst to many readers of the Bible, the story of Joseph is packed full of parallels to the life of Jesus Christ!
