So many teachings are floating around Christiantity about what it means to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Why is it that one of the most pivotal and beautiful moments of any Christians life has become so confusing? It is because we try to place a specific formula, whether based off our own personal interpretation, personal experience, or personal traditions, on how God will bring about the infilling of His Spirit in someone...and satan has run the Church in circles as a result, diminishing the beauty of the infilling. So what does it mean to be filled and what are the requirements for the grace of God to manifest in human vessels? In short...grace through faith!
